Thank you for all of your help in working with us to select the right video lighting package for our situation. We looked around a lot and spoke to several companies since our budget was tight and we wanted to get the most for our money without getting less lighting than we needed. I want to say something so good about this company. I spoke with Eric a couple times and after answering numerous of his questions he showed me 2 options including the photo lighting set up that I initially asked about and had seen on another website for $100.00 more with lower wattage bulbs. The kit I finally decided on had one more light in the kit and twice the power output overall of the one on the other website for the same price. I did a lot of research and read good reviews elsewhere about the products, service and it seems these guys have been around forever. And the price was really low for the power, number of lights and the complete package with what I've found to be great quality. I called them up and after talking for a while and discovering my needs for both video and photography I ordered the 5 light 8000 watt kit all in one package with backdrop and stands, carry cases etc. I received the equipment in 4 days... Ordered lighting accessories from his other business, photography lighting company. Received confirmation that it had been shipped and my credit card was charged. When it did not arrive on the promised date I used the shipping confirmation to track the package and found that it had not been picked up.
