Repiped our home in Covina, CA I really have to give this company 5 stars. I grilled them before hiring them. It was scary trusting them to repipe our 2-story family home. To let them come in and tear up the walls and replace our plumbing.... MUCH TO MY SURPRISE they did exactly what they promised. We had Repipe Specialists come out and repipe our house when we had a leak under our slab. They came out really quick and finished the repiping in less than one day. Unfortunately we have been trying to get them finish patching the holes they cut in all the walls, including exterior walls. They covered the big exterior hole with plastic sheeting, but after two months and lots of rain, it is hardly hanging on. I hired this company to repipe my house in Malibu. They hired another company to do the work. This subcontractor did a very poor job, and tried to bill me additional costs for work that was in the initial work order. In addition, the pipes leaked within 1 week. When I complained to the prime they simply forwarded my complaint to the subcontractor. Naturally, the subcontractor is not listed in the BBB database.
