WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. First, they quoted us at around $2,000 on the phone and then when they showed up they told us it would be over $5,000! That's a $3,000 difference if you can't do the math. I hired these guys to move some of my belongings from Los Angeles to San Jose. The only problem is they never delivered my belongings. I was told by their estimate specialist, May, delivery would likely be the next day, but could be up to the end of the week, Friday. The rates were good, that was fine with me. Air 1 moving and storage is the best moving company.These guys handled my move with professionalism and good humor. They showed up on time and got everything moved and into the truck at record time. They showed up promptly to the new location (about an hour and a half away) and got everything into the new place even faster than they got it out at the original location. Nothing broken or damaged. Had a great experience with our recent move. From beginning to end it was an easy going experience. Please don't waste your time calling & using this company. They are the most fraudulent, shifty & shady people you will ever meet. They stole all of my Jewelry! Over $75,000.00 including irreplaceable family heirlooms!!! Air 1 moving and storage was hired on May 30, 2012. Inventory inacurately taken by Sales Rep FORREST. Forrest failed to include bed frame headboard and footboard in quoted price. We told him we had a queen sized bed. We've moved alot and this is by far the worst company I've ever delt with. They are dishonest people. It's funny how nice they are until you get the items on the truck and the attitudes change. She was very nice and was always there to answer my 5000 questions. Heard some horror stories so had to do my home work on all these companies.
