I had a horrible experience with Melrose Mac. They lost all my information! I paid them to rescue my info on a hard drive that crashed...they did! I paid them and took home the drive, there was nothing on it..just an empty folder. So i called..they said they keep everything backed up on their server for 30 days and to just come back.
