I can’t recommend Netbilling enough! With our shop, we do both online orders and in person orders. When COVID hit, and we had to pivot to do online/pickup orders, I figured I should shop rates and find a better setup/equipment for that. I had a very poor experience with this company. Product worked fine but after giving the company notice of cancellation, I am still getting billed month after month for their service. They ignore any communication and refuse to refund the money. I had to cancel my credit card to ensure they would not continue to withdraw money from my bank account months after giving them a cancellation notice. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My husband had made a subscription purchase through a web site that this company handles the transactions for. He never cancelled the membership and I saw the two recurring charges on my credit card bill. I called their customer service center and wanted to speak to the merchant to get some of the charges removed. Netbilling is a great company with a great support team. They cost a few more cents per transaction than some of the others but save my company thousands a year by keeping the fraudsters out and good transactions coming in. These guys are very good at what they do! Read More »

My company been processing credit card transactions with Netbilling for many years and we deal with them on a regular basis for features. We recently started using their call center to take over our customer service for our customers as well and do order taking. They also have helped us acquire several merchant accounts.
