My husband took my car to Jefferson Smog on 7/19/2010 to get a smog test. I was appalled when he returned and I saw how much her paid for a smog ($60.00)Other smog centers in my area offer smog for $14.95 to $19.95. When I called to ask why they charge so much more,they man on the phone told me that if I would go to one of the cheaper places they would try to sell me unnecessary repairs and I would have to wait for my car to cool down. Had my vehicle smogged here before went in agian and was told they wouldn't smog it becasue it was modified. Tried to explain thats how it came BRAND NEW and it had been smogged here before. Read More »
