The Majic Bullet is trash. Only works on soft products like for milkshakes, etc. Extremely poor for most things. Problem. The cat has to be let out of the bag. I worked for this company for a long time. The reason why they charge $20 for shipping when they only use USPS postal service (which is free by the way), is because that is how they make their money. If a customer needs to return it for whatever reason (which happens frequently due to its faulty and cheaply made propeller) they get screwed. They eat the shipping cost yet another time. I ordered from this company in February. When the machine arrived I was more than dissapointed that it didn't work for me as it did on TV. To make matters worse, I rec'd a shipment of the energy drink, that is all over the website as being FREE! Well when this company couldn't charge my card because I had rec'd a new one in March. Purchased a magic bullet not too long ago, about a year ago actually and have had so much fun making healthy smoothie, salsa, guacamole and the cheesecake in the recipebook is awesome! I purchased the product using online website. I cancelled order 2.5 hours later when I realized that I could buy only one product (not the two you have to buy on the site), and have it shipped for free from an Amazon seller. I was told that 2.5 hours later my order had been shipped and sent (clearly a lie if one follows the tracking number--it did not go our until the next day). This company has taken my money and not delivered the product. Their customer service personnel and their supervisors promise to resolve the issue which is somewhere in their I.T. department. As a customer I should not have to go through this and to top it off, their service people are rude and quite arrogant. After promising to resolve the issue within 2 weeks, it has been three. I bought the magic bullet and also the new machine (big) food processor and juicer. I purchased the lifetime warranty and upgrade motor to 500 rpms. I asked when I called if they had had any problems with the plastic parts on the machine and they said no. The product was great except in one month the juicer jumped gears and ate the gears off the bottom of the stainless steel extractor and top of motor. These parts were plastic. I purchased the magic bullet duo on line from Homeland Housewares for a holiday gift. I was unaware that I apparently ordered some kind of vitamin product with it because it was stated on my order. When I phoned back to inquire about it, they stated that I had agreed to order this 'monthly' payment and vitamins would be shipped to me. I purchased the Magic Bullet and after using it only a few times, the small black part (I think it's a coupling) that sits on top of the motor cracked. I tried to get a replacement part through Homeland Housewares and I had to send pictures of the box and of the magic bullet, then they wanted pictures of the 10sec. receipe book, finally I thought enough is enough, they can keep their replacement part.
