I ordered 25 scrapbooks online with Spinnart.com for my daughter's soccer team. A day after I put the order in my husband changed what I ordered and said that he wanted a cover and higher quality paper. I had already approved the proof sent to me. SpinnPrint provides excellent customer service and an excellent product for a very reasonable price. My designer had sent a file with errors which I only discovered upon delivery. I immediately called Brett who identified the problem. He reprinted and shipped the booklets to me overnight at no additional charge. He really goes out of his way to be accommodating to his clients. Brett is GREAT! First of all the customer service he provides is over the top. From guaranteeing the finished product 100% to making sure his prices are the best, Brett did it all to make our project complete. And as for the finished product......surperb! Spinn Print is fantastic. We called mid-morning on a Friday to see if the website could possibly be correct about the low price for 200 glossy color copies. Brett called back within an hour, talked through the options with me and helped us place an order. I don't brag too much about anything but I will when it comes to SpinnPrint. They were the lowest priced among eight to ten others. The quality of the print job was EXCELLENT and Brett's customer service is EXCELLENT as well. If there's ever an example of an American Company with true Customer Service than this has to be one of the prime examples. When I submitted my print/copy job, I submitted two files, one for color print and one for black and white print. Brett recognized that the color file was not correct, and he contacted me. The file I thought I had sent was not the one I actually sent. I quickly recognized my error, and sent the correct file. In two days, I had the quality printed job, thanks to Brett's competence. I can't say enough about SpinnPrint. I was in a bind and needed a quick turn around time for copies and quick shipping to NJ. I came across SpinnPrint's website and it stated order by Thursday or Friday and get by Monday. Well after talking to Brett who was helpful on picking the correct paper, I placed my order on Thursday and received it on Saturday. I found this printer on the Internet. I have to say, they were more than helpful. We are a publishing house and get a lot of thing printed in large quantities. We needed a full color print for the cover of a new audio CD case we are producing. Our normal printer could not accommodate this size. I called them up and boy, were they Johnny-on-the-spot. I was very, very pleased with the price, quality, and speed of SpinnPrint's work. Local printing services wanted $.50 to $.75 a sheet for color copying on 20 lb paper. SpinnPrint gave me wonderful 26 lb satin paper for $.08 a page. The copies they made from my PDF file looked better than the original (the font was cleaner). I would assume that this is a 1 person company. I do not know if they actually deliver/print jobs since I never received my order. Brett agreed to a price, print date and a delivery time for an important, yet simple, color copy print job. Then he pushed back the print date. Then he pushed back the date again. Our little company has used SpinnPrint numerous times. Unlike some print shops we have used in the past, SpinnPrint still places an emphasis on personal service. They carefully review each order, making sure that the right materials and print settings are used. They even check your digital files for obvious errors. I recently placed my first order for color prints with SpinnPrint. After doing some searching online to find the best pricing, I came across Brett Spinn's ColorCopySite.com and almost fell out of my chair when I saw how low his pricing was. I used SpinnPrint to produce copies for a marketing brochure for my company and couldn't have been more pleased with their services. They were very competitively priced and produced high quality prints of my brochure. They were flexible with customizing the project to my exact needs and turned around my project in a couple days.
