I have built my company on customer service. So, I'm a stickler for it. I'm almost never satisfied with the customer service that I receive from other businesses. I’m always disappointed. Al & Eds has been around for a long time and I have done business with them for many years. The few stores I have done business with have been for knowledgeable and fair. Even when I have had an issue with product they have been more than fair. When they can exchange the unit thy have and if not they sent it in for service.
