Beware!! Beware!! New home owners, New communities. This owner and company is dishonest without ethics or integrity. Chris Van LOO will lie to your face, he will go as far as destroy the system if left unattended in order to up charge to get more money. He will also use a fiance company called Aqua fiance that will put a lien on your home without your knowledge, but you will find out when you refinance your home what he has done. Do Not use this company. The product ruined my cabinets. We had the product over 6 years. It leaked and he blamed the leak on us. We sent video and pictures of all the damage. His product was leaking. He said read the contract. He is not responsible for anything. He wont pick up the product as well. so this guy was named Chris VAN LOO was very persuasive when he was trying to convince us to get the sales.When he finally made the sales from us, we never saw again. All the promises he told us never came true. So today is our 2nd month of paying the water systems. It was installed less than 6 months ago and the problem started when the water coming from the hose was leaking. The owner seemed real nice and humble at first and fed us all the lies he needed to get us to sign with him. My fiancé and I shoulda known once he started putting down the other water companies that were trying to sell in our new community. He told us since my fiancé's laid off at the moment our payment would be around 80 and the payment deferred for 6 months! Do not trust this company. The owner lied, bullied and threatned me into paying him more money than he had a legal right to. If I had more properly reseached my consumer rights he would not have been as successful. You are better off buying a system from Home Depo and installing it yourself or paying someone to install it yourself. Read More »
