They were able to, on very short notice (literally two weeks) send my father a very nicely framed coat-of-arms that was delivered yesterday, in time for his 86th birthday, even though their lead time is a minimum of 90 days. I told him I had a hard deadline to meet (4 weeks out) when I needed one of the rings and asked him if he could deliver. He said it should not be a problem.
