I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ford of Montebello and have always been given a great deal not feeling as if I was taken for a ride. They make sure I know the process and keep me informed. I had went in to purchase a vehicle and left with a 2004 Ford Expedition with payments for under $350., which was perfect, it also included GAP insurance and the alarm system, these were added without any permission from me..14 days later, I get a call that I needed to come in and sign my contract again, a little confused I went in and found out their banks couldn't finance the amount of the Exp., so they took off the GAP insurance and the alarm, which apparently I had to have, now they could... Unreliable After 3 weeks I received a call from Javier Finance manager who informed me he was not able to find a bank who was willing to finance me and that I would have to bring the vehicle back. I informed him that the vehicle was already there in the service department because they had sold me a car that had a non-working radio.
