I sent an African Violets arrangement to one of my best friends for her birthday. I know she really likes them so I thought her response when she got them a bit odd so I asked for a picture. I had a delivery scheduled with another company I will not name; however, they cancelled my delivery the day it was supposed to be delivered. Your website stated same day delivery. I picked out a beautiful arrangement on a Thursday for delivery to a funeral home on Saturday. The flowers were delivered on Sunday and they substituted so many of the flowers it looked nothing like what I ordered. They took advantage of a 97 year old gentleman and military vet who only wanted to purchase his wife flowers for Valentines Day. Beware!!! I purchased the deluxe "Blooming Garden Basket" for a grieving aunt. Words cannot begin to express the feelings that rushed over me when I received a picture from my aunt of the flawed flower arrangement she had received. There was not one bloom in sight! I had a floral arrangement sent to the funeral home for my brother-in-law. We're out of state so I had to take my chances. Bad move! We walked into the funeral home the minute they opened for us. Not good and here a number of reasons. 1. The flowers I received were not the same type of flowers in ad and were much cheaper flowers. 2. The flowers were delivered yesterday. HUGE white Easter lilies, lots of roses that are a color I’ve never seen before – if you can imagine a cross between pink and very light purple. This service is horrible. I placed an order several days in advance of Mother's Day and requested delivery on the Thursday before Mothers' Day knowing there would be delivery issues. Scam and rip off. I ordered flowers in a gift arrangement from this company. It was supposed to be a beautiful tea cup filled with flowers. They replaced a tea cup with a cheap dollar glass vase without notifying me. The whole beauty of that arrangement was the cup. On 1/12/21 my order was placed to be delivered on the same day. A couple of hours later FlowerShopping called to say it couldn't be delivered because of no drivers. Do not use. They mess up, apologize, but don't make it right. They missed the delivery date and then claimed they didn't. They say delivery is "no contact," but a mask-less deliveryman (a day late) handed the arrangement to my 90-year-old father.
