We had been having issues with our oven periodically over the past few months and recently had put in another request to have the kinob fixed. A few days later we came home to a brand new oven, it was a wonderful surprise and great to know that the Eberly Company is truly looking out for the safety and satisfaction of their tenants. I resided at The Eberly Company’s Studio City property at 4243 Mary Ellen Avenue Studio City, CA 91604 for nearly three years. This property is your typical "eye candy" version: good looking outside but cheap-built, odd-shaped inside. This building lacked noise-reduction insulation and creaked severely all over. The absolute WORST management company I have ever experienced. Please beware of them. If we knew they were so bad we never would have rented with them. You are just a number to them and the only thing they care about is the bottom line. The staff is the RUDEST and least accommodating bunch I have seen. Only small things get taken care of right away, but anything else they could not be bothered with. We have not had proper heat since we moved in. They don't care!!!! We have been accused numer...
