I ordered an umbrella and after 38 days I still have not recieved it. 2 weeks after placing the order, I asked if it were possible to change the color of the umbrella. The item had not been shipped yet, so I was hoping I could make the change. They said no and explained that they had to ship me the umbrella that I originally ordered then I could ship it back and pay a re-stocking fee and then re-order the umbrella in the new color that I want.
