I was very pleased with the experience that I had with Quality Custom Pools. Jim, the owner, was very helpful by taking the time to help us design our pool and to recommend the correct equipment to keep us in budget. We had such a good experience with QC Pools, that we hired them to build a second pool at our new home. The results were fantastic. We purchased a partially completed home in Feb. 2011. Over the next 12 months, we hired numerous contractors to improve the property. Our experience with Jim Barrett and his dedicated crew at Quality Custom Pools in Nov. 2011 was by far the most positive of any contractor we worked with. I have used Quality Custom Pools four times in the past two years. Each time I have been pleased with the work completed. They have done everything from pool repairs,(from another pool builder)planter boxes, retaining walls and most recently our beautiful new pool. The work was completed on time and on budget. From the moment I met Jim Barrett I knew I would use them. I just moved into my brand new home about 6 months ago so I needed to do the backyard, which the developer did not do. Staying on budget was critical for me. "Quality" exceeded my expectations and more importantly, the expectations of my wife! We are extremely happy with Quality Custom Pools. My family hired Quality Custom Pools for a big project including swimming pool with waterfall & rock slide, landscaping, BBQ lanai, patio cover, stamped/stained concrete, and dog run. Everything was completed professionally with high quality. We are very pleased and enjoy our backyard. We couldn't be happier with our Quality Customs pool. When we were getting quotes from various pool companies Jim (the owner) spent the time to understand how we would use our pool. His design suggestions were outstanding and were within our budget. The building process was on time and well orchestrated. Their web-based project update tool made 2-way communications a breeze.
