We found a mold spot in the house we were going to buy. Mold Masters gave us a lot of good information over the phone and they were very flexible about setting up an appointment. At the inspection date, the inspector did a great job and gave us a lot of information we would never have known. We found out that there was actually a lot of mold in the place, and we are glad that we could include this in our buying decision. Read More »

It was so nice to have these experts come and have a look at our mold problem. Everything went smoothly, from the first phone call to the last good bye. The mold remediation work was done properly and so did the testing and containment removal. I knew I had a mold problem because shortly after moving into my new apartment, I started to experience unexplained respiratory problems. I called Mold Masters and I was very pleased with their “investigation”. They identified the problem very quickly and were extremely helpful. Not only did they find different kinds of mold in places where the general inspector told us it was clean, we were also able to use the data to get a lower price from the seller. I had a plumbing line burst and flood my entire home while I was away on Christmas vacation. When I got back, it was a disaster.
