I ordered a data cable online on June 12, 2009 and received the item on June 18, 2009. The cable that I ordered was not compatible for what I needed it for, so I decided to return it for a full refund. I waited 14 days per phone instruction to check on my return. I ordered pc memory from Beach Audio though Amazon.com. The only reason I chose Beach Audio was the "8GB" description of the appropriate memory. Amazon.com did the credit transaction for Beach Audio and has washed their hands of the transaction. I received 4GB of the type of memory I ordered. I am not sure if Amazon or Beach Audio is doing this scam. Currently I am experiencing delays in getting an RA# (Return Authorization Number) to return the order.
