Jim came to write up my order and measure my windows. I know very little about shutters and how to order. I explained to him that I needed FOLDING doors on the shutters because my house is small and the panels would get in the way if they did not fold. He then said, two panels? I assumed he meant one FOLDING panel is one panel so I said yes. All through the house I explained what windows needed to be FOLDED panels. My boyfriend and I bought our first and brand new home. We had a really bad experience with a blinds company and searched the BBB before hiring a new one. Luv R blinds was rated A+ so we contacted them for an estimate. Jim came out to our home the same day I called and had our shutters installed in less than 2 weeks in time for our house warming party. I bought a new house 7 years ago and had my whole house done in wood blinds and a few verticals from Luv R Blinds. Jim was such a pleasure to work with: great customer service and knowledge of his many products and he had great ideas for colors and options that will look great and have great functionality. I learned of LuvRBlinds from a community advertisement booklet received in the mail. I had originally bought one set of blinds from Home Depot. I needed 3 more sets, but needed a friend help me get the rest home (I have a small car), and then not having any idea who was going to install them, receiving the advertisement in the mail just seemed like the answer to all of my problems. I have been VERY impressed by Jim with Luv R Blinds and would highly recommend him. I recently needed a treatment for a custom-size window on patio door, and after meeting with Jim and other vendors, I decided to hire Jim. I was very pleased with Jim's product knowledge, his years of experience in this business, his "no pressure" approach, and how quickly he responds to phone calls.
