Affordable Floors (and its owner Steve) is the worst flooring company I have ever dealt with, and possibly one of the worst service companies I have ever come into contact with. Steve will do anything he can to get your business, and come in with a low bid. However, after the job has started, he will give you change order after change order for things that his sales rep said were included and is flat out dishonest. We used Affordable Floors for installing hardwood flooring at our home in Aliso Viejo, CA. The scope of work entailed re-flooring both upstairs and downstairs, about 2400 sq ft in total. The owner Steve Sullins was very pleasant to deal with and was more than accommodating during the floor selection process, providing us with countless samples from numerous sources until we finally settled on something we liked. To consumers reading this, My experience with Affordable Floors, Inc. was the most pleasant I have ever had. Usually I always get a couple of bids. Jim Dillion the saleman was the first I met with and with his knowledge, personality I decided he was the one to handle my floooring needs. The installer Hai did an outstanding installation and I have the most beautiful hardwood floors in Orange County. LIKE THE PREVIOUS REVIEWER I ALSO HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND ITS OWENER STEVE SULLIN. A FRIEND RECOMNEND STEVE TO ME. I HAD STEVE COME OVER AND GIVE ME A PRICING ON INSTALLING NEW FLOORING IN MY LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN AND HALLWAY. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE ON A PRICE WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS REASONABLE. I have had an excellent experience with this company and its owner Steve Sullin. First of all his pricing was very fair, he met with me at the beginning of the build process and bid the job.
