Used them for move 7/2011. Sent the most inexperienced guys ever. They had no knowledge of how to take apart or efficiently move furniture. Just three guys, only one of which we could effectively communicate with, with no sense of urgency. They were happy to stand around and watch water drain out of a basketball hoop. A&A helped me with a cross-town move (10 miles) in June 2010 and did a great job. The movers arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, visually sized up what needed to be moved, then worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite, professional and very fair. They did not charge anything more than what was quoted to me, and did not drag their feet so as to charge for additional time. A & A Moving did a good job of moving my stuff. But they did overcharge in packing materials for my plasma TV, they charged $60 to wrap it in furny pads and shrink wrap, when I was already paying for the shrink wrap for all my other items. They ended up with a couple of my items like a furniture pad and a couple of wall shevles, which I am sure they just overlooked.
