I’m so disappointed with LRS Realty and Management, Inc. For 4 years, I leased a 2 bedroom condo from LRS Realty and Management, Inc. I paid my rent every single month and never had a late payment. I was a model tenant. I’m a very clean and considerate guy. When I moved out, I had my professional cleaner clean the unit. When my professional cleaner was done, you could eat off the floor. I have never, ever had the misfortune of dealing with such unprofessional, incompetent, rude, disrespectful and dishonest people. Especially from the OC rep, Megan. The worst part about it is I cannot seek any resolution through the company as the contact we are given to work for is extremely rude and I refuse to work any further with her. I have heard the horror storied from other tenants but didn't actually see it til I moved in. First off, they showed me a DIRTY apartment. It stunk like someone had animals and the stench was horrible. They promised to have it all cleaned up and fixed by my move in. When I moved in, it was still dirty. This company is terrible with communicating with their tenants. The turn around time on maintenance is beyond ridiculous. It took them 4 months to even come look at the water damage issue I had in my floors and it still hasn't been fixed. They will not work within your schedule at all and just show up randomly at your door early in the mornings. The rent is way too high for a slum like this. Gail Berstein and her family are liars and scam artists!!! Do not sign a lease with this company, they will make your life hell! They rip off the tenants and owners of the houses they represent. They are breaking tenant laws by charging late fees, they charge a 10% late fee if rent is not in by the 1st. This is ILLEGAL, do not pay it! As a previous customer of LRS, as a homeOWNER, I will say that I am appalled at the poor level of responsiveness from this company, & incompetence of their service.
