I called them to find out the cost of cleaning my laptop (dust inside and such)..I had told them the model number and was sure they knew it was a laptop..I was quoted a price of $15..I then spoke to them 1 other time and was told the same, but when I took it in they said would cost $75 claiming they thought it was a desktop.. I 100% advise you take your computer elsewhere, if this a sign of their business ethics who knows what else they will do to cheat people... Read More »

DROPPED MY COMPUTER OFF 12/30/09. ON 1/3/10 I WAS TOLD I NEEDED NEW HARD DRIVES. ON JAN 4TH 2010 I APPROVED WORKED. I WAS TOLD COMPUTER WOULD BE READY THAT THURSDAY (7TH), ON THE 8TH I WAS TOLD TUES/WEDS OF THE NEXT WEEK IT WAS CLEAR DA COMPUTER HAD PERMISSION TO PERFORM REPAIRS SEVERAL TIMES, BUT WHEN I SPOKE TO OWNER DANNY ON JAN 28TH, THE COMPUTER HAD NOT BEEN WORKED ON.
