I called to put my account on hold in November of 2011 because I decided to go back to school and didn't have time for my business. I was told that if I didn't call to get it out of hold then my account would be canceled. The following month I faxed in a cancellation sheet. I run a photography business and we frequently do tournaments and print products for customers on-site. Prior to working with MerchantAnywhere, we would take credit cards, but would have the customer right there information down on their order form and sign it. This often led to incorrect information and then trying to track them down to get payment after the fact. The company Merchant Anywhere is a decent company with good customer service and very "user-friendly" products. If you are a merchant that travels like I do, or provide sales at trade shows or entertainment events, then I highly recommend you look into doing business with this company. My sales nearly doubled when I took debit, ATM, and credit cards and blew the "cash only" competitors away. Read More »
