I have never told about my rights to cancel my membership my five-day cancelation policy
My agent did not help me to cancel my membership. she told me do it my self.

I tried their free trial, and went to cancel it, and it said I had to call. THEY DON'T ANSWER! SO I went in and was like ok the basic account is not too bad 17 bucks a month to get my score.
 They charged me 30! Now here they are again charging me the right amount now 17 10 days before they are supposed too, and they still do not answer their phone. I can't even take my credit card off file from them. I only wish they had all the credit reports available but so far I have not been able to find another company that does. I udes another site a few years ago (can't remember the name) but was it was not wasy to use nor easy to find my accounts. This company rocks!!! I would recommend this to anyone.
