I was searching online last month for setting up credit monitoring for Equifax DIRECTLY and somehow got on this site. I was thinking that this was their site but in fact it was a different one. They charge $10/mo more, and when i realized i immediately attempted to cancel by clicking the button that clearly says, CLICK TO CANCEL...but nope, you still have to call. Let me first say this I wish I had found this website sooner! I tried their free trial, and went to cancel it, and it said I had to call. THEY DON'T ANSWER! SO I went in and was like ok the basic account is not too bad 17 bucks a month to get my score. They charged me 30! Now here they are again charging me the right amount now 17 10 days before they are supposed too, and they still do not answer their phone. I can't even take my credit card off file from them. I have been a member for more than a year and the user interface has allways been easy to use and find what I am looking for. I only wish they had all the credit reports available but so far I have not been able to find another company that does. I udes another site a few years ago (can't remember the name) but was it was not wasy to use nor easy to find my accounts. This company rocks!!! I would recommend this to anyone. DO NOT TRUST SMARTCREDIT.COM!!! I opened an account and then closed it two days later. I decided paying $29.95 per month to stay informed about my credit was not right for me at this time in my life. I was then CONTINUALLY charged $29.95 for FIFTEEN MONTHS prior to closing my account.
