I'll give you my first hand experience of what happened using AllStarLogo. I have a very tight deadline to get 300 fleece pullovers embroidered and delivered within 10 days to New York. I had a great experience with AllStar Logo. When I placed my order for 50 The North Face jackets, their site said I will receive them in 3 weeks. But, I needed it faster. So, I called Diana the customer service rep and told her that I needed the jackets in my hands in two weeks. She was able to do it for me, no questions asked. AllStar Logo's customer service rep. was top notch, and I received my products 5 days earlier than expected. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. Read More »

WOW. BEST Customer Service! Very HONEST and straight forward people. Such a great customer service experience. We were working with another promo apparel company who kept sending us proofs that were not good. So we decided to switch at the last minute to AllStarLogo, and I am sure glad that we did. I ordered a package on the 3rd, approved my design on the 6th, and was told I would get delivery before the 18th. On the 11th, when I saw that I never received a shipping email, I called to follow up. Of course, i was told by some idiot customer service rep that I would that it's being worked on. I again reiterated that I needed it before the 18th, and that I was willing to pay extra. Ordered custom items for xmas gifts on Dec 6, promised to ship in 6-10 business days. Just received the items (order in excess of $500) on Jan 19th. Each time I contacted them to inquire, they told me items were complete and were being shipped. was told this on 6 different occasions. Frankly, I don't see how they stay in business operating this way. I have dealt with many similar companies over the years and have never had customer service this horrible. Placed and order 12/14 for plain jackets. Was told it was in stock and would be here Monday or Tuesday. Sent email to website Tuesday with no response. After 6 calls and voicemails I was told they were not in stock but were now and would be shipped Wednesday for Thursday. I gave them a super rush order with our own logo. The quality of the logo we gave them was not the best and so they had their own designer make it a high resolution image. The quality is terrible. They made our round logo oval and they don't take responsibility. They agree to refund a portion of the cost and they changed their mind after we sent the shirt back. This company would get zero stars if possible. We went on their website because they had bags posted for a lower price than any other company. We purchased their bags, approved our logo and then a week later get a call / email from Edmond Moss stating that the price was actually $100 more than initially stated. These guys are great. I needed a fast turnaround on about 500 shirts for a business trip. I sent them a message and received a very quick response (less than 45 minutes). All the details were exchanged over a series of emails, payment was quick and easy via Pay-Pal and the shirts were ready in 4 days( which is truly unheard of). I stopped by and picked them up. I ordered blankets for my school's prom. They ASSURED me I would have them in time. Nope. They did not respond to multiple emails or phone calls. When I finally got through the response was "well, people make mistakes". No offer of any type of compensation. This was the second time I ordered, and absolutely the last. CUSTOMER BEWARE: This company is deplorable. I have waited 3 weeks for a refund and have gotten nothing but lies and the run around. Their sales department and "supervisor" are very quick to contact you if you are inquiring about a potential order but should you need to to facilitate a return and need a refund expect them to stall. It was really nice to deal with a company that knew exactly what they were doing! I needed to receive a custom clothing order within a 3 week period for my son's high school wrestling end of season banquet. I used Allstarlogo three month ago when I needed some christmas giveaways for our company staff. Two weeks ago I ordered shirts for a trade show that my company had coming up. I told Diana that I needed the shirts with-in 5 days and she said fine. Well, the shirts came in with-in 4 days and they were very good quality cotton shirts and the embroidery work was phenomenal. We had placed an order with Allstar for company logo t-shirts, but before the order was actually placed, we cancelled it. A month later, a charge showed up on our AMEX bill. I immediately called Allstar and was told a refund would be given the following month on our AMEX bill. Thas was in December of 2010. I was so optimistic, but several things went wrong. First, "M" in sales reassured me that the personalized names on the aprons would be in the left corner -- separate from the organization's logo. Ordered several thousand mugs for a company event. Switched product on us after accepting payment in full. New product was defective, including safety issues (inner liner would slip out of mug when tipped to drink), so had to recall all the mugs.
