You know that old cliche' "all they want is your money"?...this is the embodiment of that line. The details are too many and lengthy, but to sum up; misleading and incorrect information...non existent customer service...bare-faced lies, etc., etc., etc. If they had given me the merchandise FOR FREE it wouldn't have been worth the trouble. SCAM ARTISTS! After paying for return postage and a $10 restocking fee, I was given a store credit which took 8 weeks to get. When I used the store credit, I was told by customer service to puy the security code into the box, and the store credit code in the appropriate box. I was not to be charge and "the confimation email will reflect that... WELL! It did not and my card was charged the full amount. Now, I still have to use the store credit for another purchase. BE AWARE!!!!! Don't be fooled by this pathetic company. They have very nice products but their customer service is non existent. I ordered nearly 250.00 worth of products and never received anything in the mail. Their 1-800 number does not even work and their company number goes straight to voice mail with no one returning your calls no matter how many messages you receive. Personally, I had a great experience with this company. They respond quickly and ship out as fast as they respond. They are very professional compared to other websites I have shopped on. I ordered a costume for halloween 2008. Unfortunately my bust was too big to fit it so I sent it back in enough time to get an exchange in time for Halloween. I called the company and asked if i'd get the new item in time he said they are really quick and he did not see how i would have a problem.
