Called beckett plumbing for a leak, came over spent 15 minutes looking at the leak then said it was too wet to locate it. He gave us a water restoration company's number because they would tear the walls and dry everything up. When the worker found the leak we called him and told him we had found the leak. He sent his worker and the leak was repaired within 15-20 minutes. He presented us with a bill for $565.00 he said we just needed to pay the $75.00 and the rest was for our insurance co. He... I normally would not want to write anything about a company, however, this was so bad on this companies part, I need to express myself. I run a local management business in the Palmdale, Lancaster area and need plumbing contractors from time to time.
