I've had Dave's Handyman and Hauling Co. over for multiple things: doggy door, fencing, putting on the metal security door, putting the A.C. in the window X3, putting in five ceiling fans, putting in motion lights front and back, replacing the hot water heater, replacing scorched siding when a wooden structure next door burned, putting in three windows, and putting in lighting on posts front and back and cameras after the house was robbed (even with dogs in the yard; DO NOT move to Quail Vall... I hired the company to install approximately 1600 sq ft of tile. They estimated the cost as approx $2600 in labor (at $45 per hour) to be competed in five days (Tue-Sat). On Friday, the day prior to the estimated completion day, I asked for a status report. The owner, Dave, admitted that they will not be done by Saturday.
