Don't trust or buy from these people. One of the worst companies. Very cheap parts and bike fell apart after a few rides - that means 3 rides and the bearings fell apart. The kill switch broke off after a couple times pressing it. Spend a little bit more and buy at one of your local bike shop where you can actually test the bike. Read More »

I ordered 2 mini bikes from them at the end of July 2018, and after 2 days of barely being ridden, one of them seized up and wouldn't run. Sounded like something completely broke off in the transfer case. I called and called, and finally got the information on how to file a claim. Just a heads up, you have to play mechanic, and tear down the bike, and take photos of what you think is the problem. Absolute piece of junk. Purchased for Xmas present for my son and received well before Xmas...Only thing that went right...put the bike together as instructed with the help of a certified mechanic and we had to wait for the weather to clear since we are on the east coast, to drive it. I ordered a fairing seat for grandsons pocketbike and was sent a fender that cost $13 returned part and was refunded $5. First off, once you put gas in the tank you cannot return the bike. Secondly the bike we received for my son ran good for a day or so, but during the first 60 days (time frame of the warranty), I was waiting on replacement parts. These Chinese bikes are junk. Minipocketrocket is a terrible company to buy from. My son received his RX1 pocket bike and had less than 1hr on it before his rear tire blew up!!! After checking the serial numbers on the tire it was discovered the tire was seven years old!!! No one does repairs (not even tire changes) in Louisiana on this bike. Bought two bikes for christmas. Both came in damaged boxes. Both bikes had lots of plastic body damage. One came without seat cushion. One works, one doesn't. Took the one that doesn't start to motorcycle mechanic. It came with a bad carburator. Very difficult to start for a kid. I ordered 2 items and the same happened to me....I first received both items damaged and I did not sign for them. The UPS man said for me not to even take the box because it was ripped open and a mess due to the company's poor shipping and handling prep. minipocketrockets.com is ONE of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional, rude, incompetent, obnoxious. Please whatever you do, don't ever order from this company direct. Use a third party or a company that would handle dealing with them for you in case there is a problem with order, (And there will be problems). This must be the worst company to deal with. I ordered a pocket bike on 4/7/2011 and was told that the model I order was on a 2 weeks backorder so I was put on the waiting list. Until now I HAVE NOT received my order so I cancelled it and asked for a refund but still haven't got that either. Customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional. Worst ripoff ever!!!!!!!! I recently talked to one of the technical people about the melted seat, he informed me that out of courtesy and not that they have to, he would send another seat. Dated 04/14/11; I purchased a mini pocket rocket for my son's birthday. The pocket rocket arrive very quickly, which was a pleasant suprise. Unfortunately by the 5th time my son tried to ride the pocket bike, the starter cord ripped completely out of the bike making the bike unusable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My son purchased a Pocket Rocket with the extended 30 to 60 day warranty. After a short ride we noticed smoke from under the seat. I got this bike for christmas from my parents only to find that the body was cracked all over, it was missing bolts, having wires unconnected and worst of all leaking fuel. I opened what was suppose to be a new assembled bike for my son on Christmas day and then spent several hours on Christmas day and the day after trying to get the bike to work with no luck. Wish I would have looked on here before i bought my sons minipocket rocket. Ordered my sons on May 29, 2009 received the bike about a week later damaged. Called customer service and sent pictures per their policy it is July 28, 2009 and still no replacement parts. This company is a major rip-off. I ordered a miniquad on 12/12/2008 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I received the bike but it would not start. I ordered a mini on Dec16th. They responded by saying the mini's were held up in customs but for an additional m$60.00 I could get the Traxix delivered for Christmas. Minipocketrockets.com gets 1 star from me only because there was no "0" stars option. These people are crooks, plain and simple. Don't make the same mistake I did - check out a company's BBB rating BEFORE you do business online. Minipocketrockets.com sends partial orders (even though your credit card is charged for the entire thing), and then the merchandise is total crap, defective, damaged.
