Customer service was polite and helpful and located in California. In both cases the repair was completed on time or sooner. The tech did a complete check on the mount's functionality before sending it back.

They ultimately did not process the rebate they promised and were unable to assist me after the fact would not recommend buying these products from a retailer that will not live up to this offer.Maybee they should make it an instant rebate so they don't have this opportunity on customers. Read More »

Ray H. posted a review

This company is in the selling and not the servicing business. If you buy any of their products you cannot get it serviced if it goes out of warranty. I purchased one of their spotting scopes with the built in digital camera. It worked for 2 1/2 years and one day failed to power up. This scope retailed for $499. new plus tax. I contacted service and was informed it would cost $499. to repair.
If you are interested in purchasing something from this company be aware of their out of warranty... Read More »
