My wife and I purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey from a friendly (but dishonest) sales man here in October 2011. Basically, he promised items on the vehicle (and even handed me paperwork on how to use the items) that were no where to be found when I got the vehicle home. In April of 2011 I bought a new 2011 Ram 2500 4X4 Big Horn from Cerritos Dodge, my Sales man was Russ Collins. At the time of the perches I was having a candid conversation with Russ my Sales Man about possibly lifting the truck & putting aftermarket tires on the new truck. I purchased a new 2011 Dodge Challenger R/T from Cerritos Dodge a few weeks ago. I had, what I considered, a serious problem with my sales and finance experience at the dealership. I purchased a used car from Browning Mazda. It was certified used AND I bought the extended warranty. When I bought the extended warranty the finance guy stated that it would cover the transmission (I found out later a lie by omission). Immediately, I noticed there was a problem with the transmission. On the first service, I brought it in and advised there was a problem with the transmission.
