Sales people seem like nice people (of course). Dealer is very sloppy with paperwork and customer service. Bought a used LR3 from them and 90 days later still have not received my tags. We have been pulled over 3 times due to expired plates. Encino Land Rover said they would over-night the tags and never arrived. 3 Different managers say they are looking into it and we never hear back. I think this dealer is in financial trouble. At first they are great but you will quickly realize they are no different. They are after cosing a deal and can careless if they only give you one key with the car although they said it comes with two. I also never got my license plates (used car) and recently got a ticket because of them. The sales people hardly get back to you and the only way to get their attention was to get the BBB involved but still didn't fix any real issues.
