This company is the worst I ever dealt with. Came to install the closets and the wood wasn't cut. They didn't have the drawings and wanted to remeasure so they could find a place near my apartment complex to cut the wood. Told them I had the dimensions for the closets that were done at the initial sign up but that wasn't good enough. Wanted my deposit back but stil haven't got it. Read More »

We closet world install all of our closets. We were very satisfied with the design and saved space. The strength and durability of the materials was such that they looked like new 7 years later. We then had the garage and office done. The garage cabinets were completed in a single day, and they later installed the office. Worst company ever. The designer was convincing, but apparently a good liar. She made up a design we agreed on it and asked about cancellation policy, she told me "three days is what the contract says but we won't hold you to that" Day four I call to cancel and she tells me "her boos said it had been to long and no" . I was very pleased for a long time with the cabinets installed in my garage. At the time they were installed, I only used the larger of the two garage doors. Recently, I added another car and wanted to use the other smaller door. I found that Closet World per their design, had installed a cabinet that made it impossible to open that door.
