This review was posted on YELP and I feel it should be posted every where !!! Hello everyone. It appears that Yelp is removing my complaints from their web site!!! Because they say my Check # 1119 made out to BHI is not first hand enough to be posted.... (7821529 is Yelps email response number.) I was so happy to be able to get someone out the same day The tech was very knowledgeable he asked a few questions and right away started to find the problem he was very polite and answer all my questions. Within a hour we were up and running house went from 100+ to 80 in less then an hour . I am very heat sensitive so you can say they saved my life. It has been a great pleasure for me to be served by Brian Henley and his fine crew at BHI for over 15 years. They have replaced my sewer line, central AC, installed a Tankless Water Heater, upgraded the plumbing in my laundry area , and had many lines opened up for me. I have used BHI Plumbing for over 10 years, and so do several of my neighbors. I've hired BHI to handle routine plumbing repairs, full bathroom plumbing upgrade, repair a gas line under my house, install my heating/AC unit, replace an old water-heater, and most recently (in 2011) to replace the sewer line which was invaded with tree roots. The plumbers are rude, they never give a definitive estimate. They would initially give me an estimate of $59.00 then they charge me $99.00 because they came after hours (several hours after I called them). They kept my credit card on file and charges what ever they want. Read More »
