This year, however, I had to use a Fry's warranty on an HDTV purchase. It did not go well. It was initially replaced with a highly inferior model. When I took the inferior replacement back, they were less than accommodating. After months of trying to resolve it with the local Fry's service department, I had to escalate it with Fry's corporate/management and a BBB complaint.
