Paul Lui at Crevier BMW is very arrogant. I cannot believe he has a management position, seems to me like he needs a little bit of training on customer service. I dropped my car at Crevier BMW Dealer in Santa Ana CA for Fuel Pump service on Saturday May 22nd, 2010. On Monday I called Crevier dealer at about 2pm to check the status of my repair for the fuel pump. Due to my dismay, the dealer has not even begun working on my car. On Monday May 24th I came by to pick up my personal belongings while the car sat there and waited for an available technician. I consistently & exclusively serviced my BMW with Crevier. When I was in an accident, I declined my insurance company's recommendation to have it fixed elsewhere. I felt paying the extra money was worth having it done @ Crevier. Unfortunately, they took an excessive amount of time to get it fixed, when I got it back the suspension bar fell off while I was driving.
