They did an OK job of finding tenants and getting my property rented. If the tenants did not pay they were pretty effective at posting the proper notices notices and collecting the rent. They did handle the evictions also if necessary. However I feel they failed to keep adequate supervision of the property and allowed the tenants to completely trash and damage the inside. Well, all of the reviews I have read, are right on the mark! Management One stole our deposit $2,254.00 and they must have friends in Riverside Superior Court because the Court allowed them to get away with it! The first Judge made the right decision and ordered Management One to pay our deposit back; however, the Management One office manager asked for a Trial De Novo, and found the Judge she wanted--our case was dismissed, with Management One keeping our deposit of $2,254.00!! This is the worst management company I ever dealt with. The rental price that they suggested was unrealistic approx. 50% higher than the market. Secondly they were unable to find a single tenant in 6 weeks. Once they got the setup & application fee, they disappeared. It seems like these guys do not have experience in renting and managing properties but they do specialize in stealing your money. This is the worst ever company you want to deal with. They will steal your money and run away. The most in competent and non cooperative people you can ever think of. We gave them $395 advance fee to rent our units in Moreno Valley. They went asleep for five weeks and never returned our calls either. No unit was rented either in five weeks. If you have free money and time, deal with Management One. If no, then don't hire them please. They are stealer. Read More »
