My son and I purchased a Certified Used Mustang from Ford of Orange. The vehicle is great but this dealership didn't disclose to us that the registration had expired and we would have to pay hundreds of dollars in penalties, late fees etc to the DMV, not to mention we paid the full year registration and only get the benefit of 6 months of registration. I have made several calls to both sales and finance departments and nobody calls me back to discuss this deception. Be careful. Read More »

I purchased a vehicle from Ford of Orange with a Rockledge alarm already installed. They charged me about $700 dollars to activate it. One morning within a few weeks of my purchase I noticed my vehicle was unlocked. The next day after returning from the gym I locked the doors, showered and when I left for work the doors were again unlocked, my vehicle was ransacked and my prescription sunglasses were stolen. This place fits every scam in the auto trade book. I dont know how Ford has not yanked their dealership out from under them. I purchased a 2011 Ford Flex from them with a sticker price of 43,000 dollars and traded in a 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX that was flawless. They told me they would give me what I owed on the subaru which was 17,000 and they would give me the car for 41000. We had to fight with them for four hours about the contract and walked out once.
