This is by far the best body shop in Orange County. They may seem big and commercial but they provide the same Great customer service as a smaller body shop would. I went by Fountain Valley Body Works because I had rear-ended a lady in a small Toyota SUV, she told me she got a quote and that it was going to cost over $1000. Great service, great work, and wonderful employees. I cracked the bumper on my new car and got a couple of quotes, which they beat! I am a second time customer and I will refer friends. I picked up my car cleaner and more beautiful than the day I bought it! They even give you a little Key Fob with $50 off of your NEXT repair! Oscar is the best, Javier is too. I parked my car along the curb in front of my house (and unfortunately the driveway across the street). It was raining pretty badly and the teenager across the street, who just recently got his license, started backing out of his drive way. When I was driving to work one day my car was side swiped by a much bigger pick-up truck. I wasn’t quite sure where to go to get it fix. I found Fountain Valley Body Works on the internet and saw they had rave reviews, so I decided to take my 2010 Corolla there. I would recommend Fountain Valley Body Works to anyone: Any time that anyone in my family has had auto body troubles, which being a big family and having 3 teenage drivers happens quite a bit, we always go to Mike at Fountain Valley Body Works. They are extremely fast, overly fair in price and have the best customer service you can find. This shop made life so easy! I was in a major wreck and called my insurance company to ask who they recommended. They immediately told me Fountain Valley Bodywork's Express Shop and I am so glad that they did. My experience there was top notch. They made everything so easy. Best body shop around! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Fountain Valley Body Works is the master of auto repair in Orange County. They have a huge shop with a number of skilled employees with a great focus on detail. They work with most insurers, making the chore of getting your vehicle repaired nearly effortless for the customer. Fountain Valley Body Works Express Shop was AWESOME . When I got rear ended on the 405 while driving my brand new BMW 550I I was obviously furious. My car was now ruined as far as I was concerned, especially when I found out that the guy that hit me had some cheap no name insurance that didn’t want to pay to put new factory parts on my car. My brand new Range Rover was vandalized...(by an angry girlfriend?) anyways I wanted to get it repaired obviously but I didn’t want to involve her. I originally went to the shop on Newhope and they referred me to the Express location on Euclid.
