I went here to geta new car and when I walked it they ley me know I was there but they did not gang up on me at all. I got to look around freely and found the car of my dreams. I then looked and the sales person and he almost ran over to help me. that like they say JUmp and they said how high. wow. well I got the car after a little going back and forth but that sales guy worked for it every step and This is why I say go Galpin !!!!!! I purchased a 2012 Mustang from Galpin Ford over 3 months ago and after the purchase, not only did I not get a proper vehicle delivery, I also never heard back from my Sales Rep with the important information I needed for my insurance. Fine, I got over it. My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned F-150 from Galpin. It turned out to be the biggest mistake of our lives. My truck has been in their lot for repairs 84 days and I have been in 20 rentals and I have owned the truck for 9 months. The cake topper is that I drove my truck for 4 months with the smell of gas when I turned on my AC or my Heater and the service Manager says, "Well if it really bothers you we can take a look at it." What can I say about Galpin Ford? They are the best. I'm Kevin Berry and I recently bought an F150 pick up from Galpin. I was helped by Phil Englander and he did everything in his power to help me. He didn't try to sell me the truck, he tried to help meet my needs buying the truck.
