We bought a sign over a year ago. Had nothing but trouble. They sent us the wrong sign. We had to have a different sign installed a few months later when the right one came in. You pay a lot for these LED signs and other companies have better LED quality and video graphics. Signtronix promised the best sign on the planet and have yet to see it. I hate to hear that you were not happy with your salesman. I guess there are bad apples in EVERY profession. I bought my sign from a salesman who followed up with me and has been there for me ANYTIME I had a question about my sign. My business has exploded, just as my salesman told me it probably would. I bought my Signtronix sign about a year ago and it has done what my sales rep said it would and more. Awesome quality and the graphics were exactly what I wanted. Has it improved my business and sales? Yes and yes. People really noticed me when I got that sign up - which led to more customers coming in my doors. That's why I bought the sign! I would not reccomend Signtronix to any enemy. I purchased a very expensive sign to replace an existing sign. I was promised delivery before the end of the year for tax purposes, needless to say it arrived 2 weeks after the new year. Also, the salesman led me to believe he would assist in getting someone to install the sign but after delivery I can't reach him. I am Totally pleased with my sign from Signtronix. We haven't managed to get it up on the building yet, but will have it there in a few weeks. The salesmen were very polite, and represented Signtronix very well. They were thorough in their explainations of how the lease program works. All in All it was a very pleasant experience. After purchasing our sign last year, we have not seen any increase in business as well as having trouble getting the nessasary paperwork from SIGNTRONIX for the installiation permits required, we regret having purchased the sign. There are streaks INSIDE the sign that look terrible whether its lit or not, and have recieved no customer support from them. We will not buy anything else from them in the future. In October 2010, my wife and I leased a SIGNTRONIX 40SX sign for our retail business in Mt. Juliet, TN. We signed a (36 month) lease agreement with Northern Leasing Company. I am writing to inform everyone that SignTronix has used unsavory sales techniques in order for me and my partner to lease a SignTronix sign. I ordered a sign from your rep at the beginning of the month. I asked if there was any way the sign could be rushed for my grand opening (2 weeks.) Signtronix sent the sign out in one week and the delivery company had it on my doorstep 9 days after I placed the order. Also, my logo was reproduced exactly and looks great in lights. Keep 'em Runnin' LLC has an amazing new sign at our location that's already being "noticed" in our community. Thanks to Doug Clark for helping us in the design of our sign to achieve the exact look we wanted. The city inspector said it's the best sign he's seen to date. We have had the Signtronix equipment for three years and have had outstanding service from it and the company. They are easily reached and always ready to help with any questions. I was very pleased with the cooperation that I received with Signtronix and the sign that we have for our church. Even when there were difficulties both Alan and Dave were very helpful and kind in getting them resolved. I got my electronic messenger signs from Signtronix and Dave Grosmann. A friend of mine owns a small sign company here in town, and he installed the signs for us. He said that he had installed EMC's from several other manufacturers and that the Signtronix EMC's were the best built he had ever seen. He said that they are an "unbleiveable" quality. The representative was able to create a new sign for our construction business that really describes what we do. Brad and Signtronix have been GREAT!!!! Brad has been there every time I've called. Two years after the sign was installed our employee who had been trained to run and change the sign moved on. I called Brad and the next day he was in my office showing me the operation and how simple the Signtronix sign was to use.
