Terrible. I brought my perfectly fine car in for routime maintenance, they broke the spedometer, and refuse to fix it. A spedometer doesn't just happen to "go" the same day I brought my car in. That's just too much of a coincidence for me to believe. No problems for five years, one visit to Toyota of Hollywood and now my car is a piece of crap as far as I'm concerned.
