Poor customer service. I contacted Jim N I Tire Service through an ad they placed on craigslist. I believed the ad to be place by a private party. the ad was for 4 car rims, I received a reply stating that they still had the rims and made arrangements for the next day to come buy the rims. After driving 60 miles I was told that they in fact did not have the rims. They only had 3 of the 4 advertised.
