Very poor response from sales And customer servic. I purchased online and never got a confirmation call from sales even after I left a message to return my call. I had to search and make several calls only to be stuck with a person who knew very little about my order especially the 5 year extended warrant. WHY CAN'T THERE BE NEGATIVE STARS, one is just too generous. EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO SOLD THIS WORHTLESS PIECE OF PAPER TO ME, DON"T USE THEM ANYMORE. SO WHAT DOES THAT SAY. WHY WOULD YOU SELL SOMETHING WITH ONLY 1 STARS REVIEW? GREED I GUESS. I bought my refrigerator from HOWARDS TV, and APPLIIANCE, in La Habra CA 90631. They offered me a warranty. Based on Two purchasing experiences at the store. 1. Purchased a Whirlpool washer. Salesperson misrepresented that the washer was low energy compliant. Got no rebate from the State. Lost $100 2. Purchased a GE dryer. Had a terrible delivery experience: wrong day, wrong time, repeated unkept promises from various employees.
