Blue Fountain caused $649.00 dollars' worth of damage to our pool. They were supposed to service our pool monthly with our salt system instead; they were being paid monthly and they didn't clean the filter or use the proper ingredients which caused a severe cost to the homeowners. They refuse to take accountability, they're SCAMMERS. I wouldn't use their service if it was free for a year!!!! ...my pool was completed Oct. 31,2008. I had a rock pool installed(you can see it on the web site).All stages of preperation and construction unfolded exactly as planned.Don, Daisy, and the BLUE FOUNTAIN team were great and kept us informed in all phases. John ,the "start up" technician was extremely patient and took us through all pool operations.Needless to say we are happy pool owners and would highly recommend BLUE FOUNTAIN to all our family and friends. My pool was completed in June by BLUE FOUNTAIN POOL IN ONTARIO and they did an awesome job! They drew it out for me and they meet all my expectation. Their reps were always there when I had a question and gave me a fast response. Being a first time owner of a pool, it was not easy adjusting with pool maintenance but Blue Fountain Pools has stood by our side and walked us through with any problems we've have had adjusting to our system. We have dealt with Blue Fountain twice for installations of pools at 2 different times. We have had various issues with the pools. Yet, until recently they have been handled quickly and appropriately. The pool we had installed 3 years ago has had nothing but problems from the beginning. While we were sold on a Salt System for the pool from their sales representative as being the best type of system with little to no maintenance, it has been hardly that at all. I had my pool and spa built by this company and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Don throughout the process. The staff is very friendly and they kept me up to date on the progress of the pool the entire time. All of my questions were answered and they were also helpful in helping me make decisions based on my needs. They even give you great tips on how to maintain your pool to keep it running smoothly.
