we were so elated that my plumber Ceasar came much quicker than the time i was given. he so extremely polite and respectful i had just had my mother carpet cleaned the day before. right away he told me it wasnt the plumbing but a broken toilet. he gave me a price and solution; but my mother income couldnt make the job possible. i thank him he left and within a few minutes he return with another solution. i am so truly greatful for your company sending such a kind and honest and delightful man... Your Technician Brad was very pleasant to have work on our first Water Heater that failed. I used a wash rag and hair dryer for two weeks until the decision was made to replace the “lemon” Heater. I will definitely stick with Jack Stephan Plumbing and Heating. Read More »

During June, 2010, Ruben Amador of Jack Stephan was very courteous and professional in handling a water heater plumbing leak and confirming the validity of the 20-year warrantee that covered the repair of the copper piping originally installed by his company in 1991.All work was completed as Mr. Amador had outlined and there were no futher problems.
