Story: I dropped off my I3 at the service at 11 am for a regular maintenance service, after check in, which is about 11:15 am. So I decided to sit on the sofa that inside the service department. (Regarding to my previous experience, the maintenance service usually take 90 - 120 minutes.) After awhile, one of the rep. invite me to wait in the guest lobby since they have a big screen TV and sofa over there. So I moved over to that area. I was very happy with their service. They are professional, do good work and their prices are reasonable. They seem honest and I did not feel like I was being ripped off. They definitely aren't pushing to sell up services like other dealerships. I'm going back today for a differential service. Read More »

I bought my BMW there in 2009 and received very good service. The service department itself is also quite remarkable. They pride themselves on good customer service and do an exceptional job. On a recent trip there, I came in because my tire gauge light came on. It was the end of the day on a weekday, and I was preparing for a long roadtrip so needed to make sure my car was in shape. Me and my wife bought 2 BMWs from McKenna BMW and couldn't have been happier with our choices! They make the absolute best 4 door touring car in terms of performance, comfort and style. I have been coming to McKenna BMW for some time. Not only for service but have also purchased 3 BMWs from them since. Recently bought a new M3 from McKenna BMW and I am happy to say that it turned out to be the best deal i ever made. My salesman, John Hall loves his job and it shows. Brought my 2007 BMW to McKenna on October 25, 2010. It had been hit and run in a parking structure and sustained $3000 worth of damage. Gave an estimated repair time of 10 to 12 days. It has now been 2 months and I still don't have my car. The collision manager assigned to my car let the car sit for 10 days without submitted a work order to my insurance company, State Farm.
