I brought my car to (BMW 335i)Jim and Jack's several times already for bodywork. It's always a job well done! I am very satisfied with the result. It looks like it goes beyond what I paid for. An amazing place with amazing people. I don't know much about body shops, which is a good thing but these guys really WOW'ed me. I had my vehicle repaired through a GEICO claim and the Insurance company was the one that initially referred me to Jim & Jacks. I had just picked up my brand new BMW from the dealership a week ago. As I was driving home I was severely rear ended. Horrible! Go anywhere else but here. My fiancé damaged her car in a parking structure. She got 3 bids. As part of the damage she was looking to have a prior scrape repaired that was in the immediate vicinity of the new damage. All 3 shops agreed to include this as part of the repair. She selected Jim and Jacks. Lo and behold when the car was ready, the repair was not made. You had to see it to believe it. They literally painted right up to the scratch and stopped. Jim and Jacks Auto Body was a class A experience. I normally don't spend the time to go online and write reviews but this experience was extraordinary. It's such a pleasure working with family owned businesses. The shop was very attentive to all my needs and most importantly the workmanship was excellent. Words of caution.. I had a horrible experience with Jim and Jack's. They were unable to repair my vehicle correctly, and not only did they not repair the vehicle, they managed to damage my vehicle. In the end, I had to go to great lengths to get my car repaired correctly, and the repairs were not done at their shop.
