On Thursday, January 26th, I took my wife's 2014 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 to Fletcher Jones Newport Beach for a checkout and replacement of the "auxilary battery". C300 M274 engine failure cylinder 1 cracked piston, faulty wrist pins. Finally someone has gotten through the lies an garbage at Fletcher Jones Newport Beach! My experience with Beverly Hills Audi can only be described as reprehensible. The sales team used deceptive practices such as bait and switch and outright lies to bring someone into their dealership. I would have thought the supposed stellar reputation of the Fletcher Jones brand would have been enough but I was wrong. A new Audi A5 was advertised online for a very low price. Leaking fuel sensors on Mercedes Vehicles and Terrible Customer service Everyday I run into more people with this problem the dealers and Mercedes Benz Corporate are very uncooperative about it . If you are lucky they may cover half of the parts and charge you the labor to repair/replace the leaking sensors. Just hope that your gas tank does not need to be replaced. We spent an hour with an overbearing High pressure sales woman named Denise Banner. She was very pushy. We asked multiple times for our car to be appraised but she was insistant that we fill out a credit app first. When we saw we were getting nowhere and started heading for the door she changed tactitcs and promised to get us more for our trade. Fletcher Jones service department is taking advantage of women who take their cars in for service. Their tacticts have taken a turn for the worst from a year ago. They will write items to "look at" without being clear in explaining the work to be performed. They get the customer to sign off on items and perform the unauthorized work. At a friends referral, I bought my first used Mercedes, a 2004 C240. I purchased my vehicle in Dec. 2005 as a second car to be used on special occassions. To date, I have about 78,500 miles on the Mercedes and 2 broken interior door pull handles. I took my car to Fletcher Jones when the first handle broke on the passenger side, the cost, $191.00. I was very unhappy with their service. I took my car in for Service B they charged me the most out of all the surrounding Mercedes dealers they did not reset the service odometer and they gave me a statement with no details on what have been done to the car.I will never service my car thier again. I have been a customer of Fletcher Jones Motorcars for about a year and a half now but on my last two visits to the service department, I received poor service from a Service Advisor by the name of Jim Buote, which I fell compelled to bring to everyones' attention. I bought a 2008 GL450 from FJ Mercedes at the end of 2008. The 09's were out already so I thought I would get a great deal. For the whole time I was there I told them I wanted a 3 year loan. This dealership is a complete rip off!! DO NOT GO THERE for service, they will rip you off. I took my car for a check engine light being on and they said to me the car turned off on them! Hands down, the worst car company to do business with. Please do yourself a favor and RUN fast from this crime syndicate. Would have sold me something I already own and made me pay it twice. I have a S550 that comes with a telephone kit. They were going to charge me for it twice before I figured it out. They sold me a car with screechy breaks and refused to fix it. 100k car. Really! I went to their collision center for my car accident, the front right bumper and light was damaged, but the car was drivable. I waited 3 weeks to have my car fixed, and when I called them to know when I can pick up my car, they told me they can not release my car because they didn't get the all the checks from my insurance company. All cars are at least twice the price of other FULL MERCEDES dealers. Yes a full mercedes dealer with certified pre owned mercedes cars. Except the cars at FJ Mercedes arent checked fully. If you are looking for a car why would you spend twice as much on a car where things vibrate and dont shift right and buttons don't work?
